CPDL Family believes trained and skilled members are invaluable assets to the family as well as to the entire society. To develop technical and management skills, interpersonal communication and leadership skills, or any other related area of skill development, CPDL Family arranges training on regular basis for the family members.
Today a training session on KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI) has been facilitated by Mr. Sanjoy Chowdhury, AGM, Talent Management to provide basic knowledge about KPI, its importance, KPI formation, implementation, scoring, and evaluation process.
Such initiatives shall continue to align personnel with the organization’s KPI process which helps to establish a standard performance management system.
