CPDL is growing fast in the Dhaka market, and we’re looking for someone who can shape how people see and feel our brand. 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
You’ll set the tone for CPDL’s presence in Dhaka—how we speak, how we present ourselves, and how people connect with the brand.

𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬
You’ll design and run campaigns for new launches, key announcements, and everything that helps the business grow. You’ll plan, execute, measure, and refine.

𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
From social platforms to paid ads to website content, you’ll guide the full digital ecosystem and make sure we stay ahead of the curve.

𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭
You’ll work with internal creatives and external agencies to produce visuals, videos, and stories that actually resonate.

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡
You’ll keep an eye on market shifts, competitor movements, and customer behavior, and turn those insights into smarter decisions.

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
You’ll work closely with sales, project teams, and senior leadership and you’ll mentor a growing branding and marketing team in Dhaka.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

√ 7–10 years of relevant experience in branding and marketing

√ Strong understanding of campaign planning, digital strategy, and brand building

√ A leader who can guide teams, manage stakeholders, and think ahead

√ Preferably an MBA in Branding and Marketing from a well-regarded university

√ Someone who enjoys real estate branding and knows how to communicate value clearly
