In quest for further excellence and innovation, to provide faster, smarter and better services to the clients, CPDL has incorporated a trend setting initiative, for the first time ever in the history of real estate industry in Bangladesh. A service initiative based on mobile application titled as CPDL CARE APP.
AVAILABLE SERVICES
Users who have already taken hand over of their property can make service requests related to respective property.
Users need to go to the Service request button, take a picture of the required service issue, submit it with a note or description of the requirement, shall receive a request accepatance notification.
Concern department shall inspect the issue and shall provide required services within the shortest possible time.
User can directly follow-up the status of the request.
And as for the on going property owners, users can:
Check and request update on financial status.
Make requests for modification of respective unit.

How to download?
The App is available at google playstore for Android mobile users and for users with other operating systems, web based application is available for all.
How to use?
Users need to download CPDL CARE APP from google playstore, install it to mobile, sign up with a valid email ID, once CPDL receives the sign up request, after validation shall provide the user with a password.
Same procedure for the web based application. And user is ready to go!

To get the web version, users need to go to http://care.happycpdl.com and sign up using Name, Email, Mobile No and Address. After validation CPDL shall provide them with a password which can be changed later.
And the users are ready to go.
