24 May Interactive session titled “Owning & Driving Change Winning as One @CPDL”

CPDL Family Believes in People-Centric & Transformational approaches and always try to involve their resources in such decorum where they can get the opportunity to transform themselves with continuous changes and create an inspiring vision, and advocate for that vision throughout the organization. With this motto, On 19th and 21st May, 2022, CPDL have organized a 2 days long interactive session titled “Owning & Driving Change Winning as One @CPDL” conducted by Mr. Arif Shahriar, Freelance Management Consultant, Ex Chief People & Culture Officer at Apex Footwear Limited, Ex Head of HR- BAT Bangladesh at one of our remarkable projects named “The Galleria” where through interactive sessions and activity-based learning method we are trying to change our mindset and connect our operational activities with our Vision, Mission, Guiding Principles and Happiness Initiatives. Such initiatives shall continue to transform our regular efforts into SMART efforts which will ultimately help us to reach our destination.
