Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Supports human resources processes by administering tests; scheduling appointments; conducting orientation; and maintaining records and information
• Monitor day to day operational activities like attendance, leave, late, deductions etc.
• Payroll Management Oversee the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, allowances, leave, incentives, festival bonus and leave encashment etc.
• Prepare, check & verify personnel confirmation, increment, promotion, incentive sheets regularly and issues letters accordingly.
• Updating personal files, ID and other documents after financial effects.
• Job analysis and preparation of job description of personnel.
• Responsible for prepared and collection KPI Template from every department of CPDL family.
• Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal, compensation etc.
• Ensure proper recruitment on requisition to ensure efficient manpower supply with an annual headcount plan.
• Continuous follow-up HR activities with all the Departments and ensure in time support, coordination and communication with the Personnel.
• Develop a relationship with business areas to better understand business needs and improve communication and feedback systems.
• Any other tasks assigned by Top management.
Job Nature:

Educational Requirements:
• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) In HRM from any reputed university.
• PGD HRM will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 6 years’ experience in any reputed company.
Additional Job Requirements:
• Age 30 to 40 years
• Both male or female may apply for the post.
• Skills Required: HR, Administration, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, regulations and ensure implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015
• Excellent communication skills with verbal, written & email.
• Excellent problem-solving skill.
• Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues.
