That’s why we arrange interactive sessions regularly, which help us develop technical and management skills, interpersonal communication and leadership skills, or any other related area of skill development.

We have organized a daylong training session on 8th July 2023 titled “𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞” at 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 “𝐑𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐦’𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐚 𝐃𝐞 𝐂𝐏𝐃𝐋”, which was conducted by the renowned Public Speaker, Corporate Coach and Management Consultant, Mr. Jishu Tarafder.

He shared valuable insights and techniques to ensure that our customer interactions exceed expectations. Participants were equipped with practical strategies to provide exceptional service, build strong relationships, and handle challenging situations with finesse.
